Wai Lim began her career at Design Exchange, followed by roles at G.E. Fitch and the Dell Experience Design Group, before founding Trigger Design in 2015. With a strong focus on industrial and experience design, driven by values and storytelling, she creates bold, meaningful work across lifestyle products, consumer electronics, medical devices, computer ecosystems, and furniture. Her work is internationally recognised, earning awards including the President’s Design Award Singapore, iF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, and the Singapore Good Design (SG Mark)
