Ketut Sulistyawati, PhD — also known as Sulis — is the founder of Somia Customer Experience, a humanity-centered and innovation design consultancy based in Indonesia and Singapore. With over 20 years of experience spanning research, strategy, and design, her work bridges global design standards with Southeast Asia’s cultural and social realities. She holds a PhD in Human Factors from Nanyang Technological University, alongside a design degree, an Executive MBA, and a certified ontological coach. Her practice is deeply shaped by extensive fieldwork across sectors such as financial services and healthcare, where trust, access, and human behavior are central to meaningful impact.
