With over 25 years in human-centered design, Leslie has worked and lived globally in the UK, Singapore, and Canada. Holding an MSc in Human Factors and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, she has partnered with leaders worldwide to embed empathy and inclusivity into design and business culture. Passionate about mentoring future design talent, Leslie champions solutions that uplift individuals and communities. As an HCDA juror, she brings deep expertise in human factors, service design, and organizational transformation to evaluate designs that inspire and create meaningful impact.
