Dr. Zhang Wei, tenured full professor, Department of Industrial Engineering, Tsinghua University.

He is director of the Master of Engineering Management Education Center of Tsinghua University; Secretary-general of the National Steering Committee of Engineering Management Professional Graduate Education; Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Human Factors Engineering; International Ergonomics Association (IEA) Fellow; IEA Development and Promotion Standing Committee Chair.

His main teaching and research interests: Human-AI Systems Interaction, Human Factors and Ergonomics, Driving Safety, Innovation Management, Graduate Education Management, etc.

He is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the journal ERGONOMICS, and the immediate past president of the Chinese Ergonomics Society (2012.11-2023.08).
