Andrew is a Professor and Chair of industrial/organisational psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg where he obtained his PhD in 2003. He is currently the President of the International Ergonomics and Human Factors Association and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the journal ‘Ergonomics’.

Submissions must demonstrate clear relevancewithin their application field or industry.
