Taezoon (T.J.) Park is a Professor of Industrial & Information Systems Engineering at Soongsil University in Seoul, South Korea. His work sits at the intersection of human factors/ergonomics and design—studying human error, safety, and performance in complex sociotechnical systems, with particular interests in healthcare and human–robot interaction. Drawing on research in user experience evaluation, cognitive ergonomics, and systems thinking, he supports designers in creating products and services that are usable, safe, and resilient.
